The demigod hero Leon bore divine blood that kept him ageless, yet his beloved Calyxa was fated to age and die. Unwilling to be nothing more than a fleeting guest within his endless lifespan, Calyxa chose to walk away. Years later, she reappeared, still youthful‑faced, claiming she had discovered a way for mortals to achieve immortality. Desperate to reclaim his love, Leon ventured into the Temple of Eternity, hidden within the rifts of Tartarus — only to have his divine powers sealed away by the Titan's Shackles. Behind the temple lurked the Cult of Cronos. Using youth, resurrection and eternal life as bait, the cult tricked mortals into surrendering their faith and their very lifespans. Calyxa's borrowed youth came at the cost of countless victims; should she ever leave the temple, all those stolen years would instantly be reclaimed. The cult's true agenda was to resurrect the Shade of Cronos: they intended to use Calyxa as a vessel for his coming, and forge a physical body from Leon’s undying divine blood. Leon’s goal shifted from merely rescuing the woman he loved to freeing every imprisoned soul. He feigned submission and fomented rebellion. In the end, he rejected the allure of everlasting love, severed the Lifespan Furnace, and broke free of the Titan's Shackles through sheer willpower to regain his demigod might. He defeated the cult's formidable champions, destroyed the Heart of Eternity, and led the survivors to safety. Restored to her true mortal age, Calyxa finally understood: love's worth lies not in eternity, but in cherishing the finite time shared together.
