1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using Dramamaximus (the "Service") you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any condition described here, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Dramamaximus is a streaming platform for short-form, vertical drama series in English (original audio, dubbed or subtitled). The catalog includes our own content and content from content partners, and it may change at any time: series or episodes may be added, updated or stop being available.

3. Registration and Account

Some features require creating an account with truthful information and a verified email. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity carried out with your account. Each account is personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription, Renewal and Payments

The Service offers three subscription plans: Monthly (US$9.90 every month), Quarterly (US$24.90 every 3 months) and Annual (US$79.00 every year). Current prices, in US dollars, are shown on the plans page before you subscribe. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees or local taxes.

Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the same amount is charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel it. Access is activated as soon as each payment is confirmed.

Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from "My account", in one click. Once you cancel you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. There are no prorated refunds for partial periods, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Failed payments: if we cannot charge a renewal, we will try again for a few days; you can update your card in "My account". If the charge does not go through, the subscription is canceled and access ends at the end of the paid period.

Price changes: if your plan's price changes, we will notify you in advance; the new amount applies only from the renewal following the notice, and you can cancel before that happens.

Payments are processed by Stripe; Dramamaximus does not store your card details. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the access corresponding to that payment may be suspended.

Plans previously purchased as a one-time payment (without automatic renewal) remain valid for the purchased period and do not renew.

5. Preview and free content

Some series offer a free preview or can be watched at no cost during promotions, without a subscription. Outside those cases, an active plan may be required to watch the full content.

6. Proper Use

Use of the Service is strictly personal and non-commercial. It is prohibited to share, copy, record, download, reproduce, distribute, resell or make any content available to the public; to circumvent technical protection measures; to share playback links or to use the Service in an automated way. Any violation may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account, without a refund for the current period unless applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is protected by copyright and belongs to Dramamaximus or to its respective owners and content partners. These Terms do not transfer any right over it to you, except a personal, limited and revocable license to watch it within the Service.

If you are a rights holder and believe that any content on the Service infringes your rights, write to us at contacto@dramamaximus.com stating the title and the basis of your request; we will review it and, if appropriate, remove it.

8. Adult content

Some series deal with themes for adult audiences and are marked with the "18+" label. The Service is not intended for minors.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or make fraudulent or abusive use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or of each title in the catalog, nor are we liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page; if they are significant, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service means accepting the current version.
