Their encounter starts with a dramatic hotel mix-up. Furious about her boyfriend’s cheating, Sky accidentally kicks open Jason’s hotel room door and encounters the half-dressed CEO, leaving both embarrassed. To save face, they pretend to be lovers, sparking their tangled fate. Hiding his identity as CEO of Atlas Technologies, Jason gets close to ordinary middle-class Sky, falling for her straightforward, fiery and genuine personality gradually.
The couple faces endless troubles and plots. Chloe Morrison, a fake wealthy heiress who is jealous of Sky, bullies her repeatedly and stirs up conflicts. Meanwhile, Jason’s seven-year-comatose ex-fiancée Ava wakes up, faking terminal leukemia to coerce Jason into marriage and sabotage their relationship. Hidden resentment from Jason’s disabled elder brother Julian further exacerbates their rifts.
Major twists unfold as Sky is revealed as the real biological heiress of the Morrison family, swapped with Chloe at birth.
