Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

  • Account: email address and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), and your name and country if you provide them.
  • Platform usage: series and episodes you watch and your playback progress. The last episode you watched of each series is saved in your own browser.
  • Subscription: plan, status and period dates. From the payment processor (Stripe) we receive the email, plan, amount and status of each charge; your card details are kept by Stripe and we never store them.
  • Suggestions: if you use "Request a series", we save the title and details you write and, if you provide them, your name and email. We use them only to review your request and reply to you.
  • Technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in and basic connection data for the security of the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to create and manage your account, enable access to the catalog according to your plan, remember where you left off, recommend series in the same genres you watch, process payments, send you notices about your subscription, provide support and prevent fraud.

3. Sharing Data

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with providers that process it on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (video storage and delivery), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment and subscription processing) and, for earlier purchases, PerfectPay / Centerpag, always limited to the contracted purpose.

Part of the catalog is streamed from our content partners' servers: when you play those series, your browser connects directly to them to load the video and subtitles, and they receive technical connection data (such as your IP address), but not your name or email. We may also disclose data when required by law.

4. Security

Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider and communication with the platform is encrypted (HTTPS). Video access uses temporary, signed links, and access to administration tools is restricted to authorized accounts. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

5. Cookies and Technologies

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage to remember the last episode watched. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct or request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to contacto@dramamaximus.com. We will handle your request within a reasonable time and may ask you to verify your identity.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists and for the time needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

8. Minors

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

This Policy may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
