The two major underworld forces in West City confronted each other. Quinn, the young master of the old domain hall, was betrayed by his henchmant, and the forces were on the verge of extinction. Mia, the daughter of the leader of the hostile forces, hates the family's evil deeds and has good intentions. The two went from opposition to side by side, joined hands to expose the conspiracy, liquidate the traitors, and fight against the dark hegemony. After fighting, power tests and human struggles, the two broke the fateful reincarnation and brought the city back to peace.
