Elena sacrificed everything to take the fall for her scumbag husband Mateo, enduring six brutal years in prison. On the day of her release, she finds that her husband has not only married her backstabbing best friend Isabella, but also taken away custody of their daughter. Outside a Los Angeles restaurant, her husband pulls a gun, forces her to crawl like a dog on her knees, and tries to crush her beneath his heel forever. But they have no idea what kind of monster they've messed with. As the city's most feared mafia tyrant, Alejandro, arrives with an armored convoy and kneels on one knee before her, swearing loyalty, a bloody reckoning begins. When her scumbag husband's once-proud empire is bankrupted in three minutes, and when he flees like a stray dog to a cruise ship in international waters, begging the supreme godfather for protection, he discovers in despair before the eyes of all the underworld bosses that the all-powerful underground don, the one who rules everything, is Elena's own father—with open arms. "Death is too easy for you!" The true heiress of the mafia drops her ultimate mask and throws the traitors straight into a shark tank in the ocean. A powerful female lead teams up with a tyrant for an overwhelming takedown of the ungrateful. Total despair for all the wrongdoers. Full-throttle Euro-American mafia revenge satisfaction.
