Stella and her husband Felix have been married for seven years. After Felix’s business fails, he loses his drive, leaving Stella to support their family through odd jobs. Instead of appreciating her sacrifices, Felix grows resentful of his worn-out wife and regrets not leaving the country with his first love. Their constant conflicts reach a breaking point, and on the way to get a divorce, they die in a car accident. When they open their eyes again, they are both reborn seven years earlier—the very moment Felix proposed to Stella. This time, they choose not to be together. Felix leaves the country with his first love to pursue his dreams, while Stella returns to her medical career. Seven years later, they reunite at their college reunion, only to discover how different their lives have become.
