Claire can see the loyalty level others have toward her. The day her father cheated on her mother, she watches his loyalty plunge to twenty-three percent; when her sister leaves home, her sister's loyalty toward her is only seven percent. After marrying wealthy Daniel, she gradually notices that his loyalty is steadily falling. She doesn't confront him, but secretly confirms his betrayal and plans her exit—transferring assets, gathering evidence, and securing her daughter's future. When his loyalty drops below the passing threshold, she leaves decisively with her daughter, returns to work, and becomes financially independent. She never wanted a marriage of compromise—only one hundred percent loyalty.
